Delivery of Ruddersafe-shop

Ordered before 12.30, shipped the same business day

If products are on stock, we will ship your order the same day, provided it is placed on working days before 12.30. If you live in The Netherlands, our products are usually delivered within 1-2 business days by DHL. Different delivery times apply to other countries.
If our supplier does not have the item in stock, the delivery time may vary. If the delivery time is longer than 14 days, we will keep you informed.

Moment of delivery 
The products you order will be delivered by DHL to the address you provided. The delivery times of DHL applies. This means that orders can be delivered during the day. If you are not at home, you will find a form in the mailbox with the nearest office where the package can be picked up.

Delivery
We place the order immediately after payment via Ideal, PayPal, creditcard or banktransfer to our Rabobank bank account NL36RABO0154985910.
When the demand for an item is large, it is possible that the product is temporarily out of stock and a back order is created. In this case there is of course the possibility to cancel the order and we will refund the full order amount.

You can pay in various ways at Ruddersafe-shop.com.

1. Transfer via the iDEAL payment system (via Mollie) 
iDEAL is a payment method on the internet with which you can make secure, easy and reliable internet purchases. iDEAL is based on internet banking. This means that you pay in your familiar internet payment environment. With the payment you simply use your Digipass or Random Reader, and the purchase amount is then directly debited from your current account. 

2. Via a manual bank transfer (via Mollie) 
Paying is fast, safe and easy. You pay directly to Mollie.
You only need to transfer the order to the account afterwards.
The instructions for this also appear automatically during checkout. A child can do the laundry!

3. Transfer via your credit card or bank d.m.v. the global payment service PayPal (via Mollie) 
Payment is also fast, safe and easy.

Returns
The Ruddersafe can be returned within 14 days after receiving your order (of course there has to be stock at that time), but the Ruddersafe has to be returned in the original state we've send it to you (including manual, invoice and packaging).
